Sale to the consumer: this is what it is all about within retail, via unmanned or manned gas stations. Within FuelVision 365, you can simply register all operations within your filling station, such as supply, price fluctuations, promotions, customer data, fuel cards and customer discounts.

All actions you carry out are reflected in, for example, the stock information or financial administration. You can then logically link the data and create reports.

FuelVision 365 allows you to simply register your purchase and sales data such as price conditions for fuel, lubricants and gas. The Software solution for the oil industry based on Microsoft Dynamics. Consider, for example, exchange rates, Platts and Argus fuel price assessments, national recommended price and purchase and sale contracts. The linking with the three largest suppliers, Sligro, Lekkerland and NewCo., is also helpful.

Naturally, it is also possible to link with other suppliers. In this way, invoices can be read and digital article databases imported. The cash register system registers, among other things, all payments, sales and exceptions (e.g. if someone has forgotten their pass). At the end of the day, or at an agreed time, it is possible to see directly how the transactions went and whether any cash differences fall within the margins (which are set by yourself).

No gas station without a fuel card. In FuelVision 365, all fuel card processes are registered. Consider, for example, activating a fuel card, data readouts and white and blacklisting.

Moreover, the system can be linked to a point of sale such as Tokheim. You can quickly see if someone has tried to fill up despite their fuel card being blocked, and if someone has entered the incorrect pin three times. All transactions are listed on a ticket, and with one press of a button, you can send the invoice. Clearing also takes place completely automatically: the coupled system within FuelVision 365 creates a purchase invoice for you, and the invoice for your customer if your customer fills up at a different gas station.

In addition, FuelVision 365 allows you to simply create cards and send these to the printers. Would you like to link to a different cash register system or portal for your customers? No problem. FuelVision 365 copies data and tables from the coupled systems so you are always up-to-date.

FuelVision 365 adapts to your processes and methods. The system is flexible, among other reasons due to the many possible interfaces. Thereby, the backoffice and the point of sale, for example Tokheim, can communicate with one another. FuelVision 365 reads cash register system files such as white and blacklisting, article and shift documents or fuel card transactions. The system creates drag reports and creates sales, payment and price reports.

Furthermore, FuelVision 365 is able to integrate with partners, for example Sligro or NewCo. You can read, among other things, each other's invoices and article documents, and therefore do not have to enter these separately.

For the direct link with the shop, FuelVision 365 offers scan functionalities on any device, as long as it is able to install the FuelVision 365 app and has Bluetooth functionality. Thereby, you are able to, for example, manage your sales and stock with ease.

Thanks to the various interfaces, data is easily called up, such as purchase orders, stock information, invoices and delivery slips. This can be done per gas station or for several stations. Where other packets might need additional modules, FuelVision 365 has all these functionalities as a standard.

Knowledge is power. A report can be created in the system, using, among other programs, Excel, ExSION and PowerBI from all data entered into it. Discounts, price elasticity and net and gross margins are easily created. Or you can identify at which times you have the most run-up, which products are slow-movers and fast-movers, and which products sell best at what time. You can accurately view what Tokheim or another cash register system record per day or even per second. The system displays the stock at a particular time, and you receive volume, breakage and spoilage reports. You know what cash differences there are and even which employees cause this. The reports are interactive and can be made per region or filling station. This allows you to directly respond to your client's wishes.

Fuel Vision 365 makes shop management easier. Scanning of products, registering receipt and central control of shops can all be realized via FuelVision 365. You register the employees per filling station or enter promotions, such as stamp campaigns or carwash cards. Controlling digital shelf (price) tags can also be done using the system. You can easily keep track of orders and deliveries on FuelVision 365. Will the weather be warmer next week? FuelVision 365 helps you create a sales order for more ice cream. Using the scanner, which can be installed on a smartphone with Bluetooth, stock discrepancies can quickly be detected. The system offers functionalities such as breakage and spoilage registration, cycle counting and receipt of goods. The various units can easily be repackaged and recorded in the system. Via the TRX files, the backoffice can then see the shop stock in real time.
